Coachella Announces Dates & Onsale Info For 2024 Edition 

Exactly 10 months from today, Coachella will return to the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California. Promoter Goldenvoice has officially unveiled dates for the 2024 edition and details about the advance sale taking place on Friday. 

The 2024 fest will take place April 12-14 and April 19-21.

Fans can register now via https://prereg.coachella.com/ for a chance to secure their passes. An announcement from festival organizers says that fans should set up a Coachella AXS Fan account ahead of time to be ready for the advance sale that starts Friday, June 16 at 11 a.m. PT.

Festival passes start at $499 plus fees for general admission. Once the allotment of Tier 1 passes sell out, prices go up to $549 at Tier 2 plus fees and $599 plus fees at Tier 3.

VIP festival passes start at $1,069 plus fees – allowing access into VIP areas all weekends. The VIP areas boast specialty food and drink vendors, air-conditioned restrooms, shaded seating areas and full cash bars.

Registration is also open for a variety of camping bundles. 

Festivalgoers will be able to choose a payment pay to pay for passes over time. 

As for the lineup, it’s most likely going to be quite some time before that drops. Traditionally the lineup has been unveiled in January. The 2023 festival was headlined by Bad Bunny, BLACKPINK and Frank Ocean, with a reunited blink-182 taking the stage at 9:20 p.m. and Skrillex, Four Tet & Fred Again.. closing out Sunday at 10:25 p.m. to replace Ocean’s spot the second weekend. 

The event is one of the highest-grossing festivals in the world. Box office reports submitted to Pollstar include the 2017 fest that sold a total of 250,000 tickets over its two weekends and grossed $114,593,000.
