Heather Kolker, manager of MUNA and Of Monsters And Men, is launching a new firm called Dreamshop Management. She will continue to represent MUNA, Of Monsters And Men and the solo projects of Nanna and producer Naomi McPherson.

Kolker has previous experience as a music agent, working for Little Big Man then Paradigm and working with acts including Tame Impala, MGMT, The Drums, Atlas Genius and Francis and the Lights. She went on to join the management world, working with Mick Management then co-founding Other Operation.

“I am proud and excited to be at a place in my career where establishing my own company is possible,” Kolker said in a statement. “Dreamshop’s goal is to provide the focused, curated support, direction and services that each individual artist needs on their unique journeys to their self-defined success.”

Megan Manowitz also joins Dreamshop as Day to Day manager. Previously, Manowitz worked at Ground Control Touring with Andrew Morgan as agency associate, and she also worked for the luxury jewelry and fragrance brand Mondo Mondo as a project manager.

“Megan has an amazing combination of a true passion and knowledge of music, knowledge of the business itself and invaluable experience in content and creative direction that she brings to Dreamshop,” Kolker said in a statement. “I’m thrilled to have them along for this next chapter.”

Kolker shared with Pollstar she felt it was time to venture out on her own. She last sat down with Pollstar ahead of MUNA’s recent cover story, and promises more great things are coming from the band (who have more upcoming dates opening for Taylor Swift on the “Eras Tour”) as well as upcoming festival appearances throughout the summer and fall.

Nanna, meanwhile, embarks on her first solo tour throughout the United States starting next week on July 17.

“I have appreciated the experiences I have had at the companies I have been a part of and it was simply time to start my own company,” Kolker told Pollstar via email. “I am grateful to be at a place where I am able to do this with the incredible artists that I manage and I am excited to see where we will grow together from here.”
