CTS Eventim Launches New Company In Switzerland
Uniting three generations of promoters, CTS Eventim announced the launch of TAKK ab Entertainment in Switzerland, which will deal in “the booking and staging of concert tours and local events throughout Switzerland,” according to a press release.
TAKK ab Entertainment is made up of Swiss promoter veteran André Béchir, founder of ABC Production, which became a part of CTS Eventim in 2013, who’s on board as advisor; TAKK Productions founder Sebastien Vuignier, who will run the new buseinss; and “young and passionate” Théo Quiblier, who was named vice president booking, who’ll work alongside Béchir and Vuignier on “booking major artists and establishing new acts.”
CTS Eventim CEO Klaus-Peter Schulenberg commented: “We’re delighted to be further expanding our live entertainment business in Switzerland. This highly effective, cross-generational team will enable us to unlock even more of the potential in this market.”
