Amy Poehler & Tina Fey Expand ‘Restless Leg Tour’

Amy Poehler and Tina Fey are expanding their “Restless Leg Tour” as the duo announces nine new shows in Austin, Portland, Oregon, Atlanta, San Francisco and four dates at New York City’s Beacon Theatre.

Fey and Poehler’s tour is headed to Denver with three shows in the city. Among their newly-added dates include a fourth show in Austin, a second show in Portland, Oregon, as well as performances in Atlanta, San Francisco, Oakland, California and New York City.

The “Restless Leg Tour” launched last spring on the East Coast with dates in Washington, D.C., Boston, Atlantic City, New Jersey and more. The tour kicked off on April 27 at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York before heading down to DAR Constitutional Hall in Washington, D.C., for three shows running from April 28 to April 30, grossing a total $2.3 million, according to reports submitted to Pollstar’s Boxoffice. Another highlight from the trek included a $1 million gross at MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston for two shows on June 9. The East Coast leg of the tour wrapped up with two shows in Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on June 10 and 11, grossing a total $1.6 million.

Presale for the newly announced dates begin Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. local time with the code RESTLESS. General onsale begins Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. local.

With the exception of shows at Resorts World Theatre in Las Vegas, the “Restless Leg Tour” is promoted by Live Nation. WME handles all of Fey and Poehler’s North American bookings.
