CAA Signs EXIT Echosystem Talent Lanna
Echosystem is the name of Serbian live entertainment giant EXIT’s music and talent management agency. CAA has signed one of its most promising prodigies in recent years: Lanna.
Lanna’s became one of the youngest performers to grace a stage at a major European festival, when she performed at EXIT 2019 being only 13 years old. She definitely was the youngest to perform at EXIT to this date.
Last year, she became the youngest-ever producer to feature on Beatport’s prestigious Top 100 Progressive-House list. She was also part of the all-female lineup on the mts Dance Arena stage on the opening night of EXIT 2022, performing alongside Nina Kraviz, Amelie Lens, and Indira Paganotto in front of some 20,000 fans.
By signing with CAA, where she’ll be represented by senior music agent, and head of electronic, international, Maria May, she joins an impressive roster that also includes David Guetta, The Chainsmokers, Black Eyed Peas, Robin Schulz, Hugel, Lee Burridge, Roisin Murphy, Layla Benitez, Sara Landry, and others.
May, a 2022 Pollstar Impact International honoree, commented, “I am very excited to take over supporting Lanna’s career. As a strong proponent of supporting young female artists, I believe Lanna has the potential to reach the stars very fast.”
Lanna’s next live performance will take place Oct. 20 at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), where she’ll be sharing the stage with electronic music heavyweight Bonobo.
“I am thrilled watching my craziest dreams coming true one by one,” said Lanna. “I still can’t fathom all the incredible things I’ve reached this year alone. Being represented by EXIT and CAA is a quantum leap for me, and I am so ready for everything that’s coming next.”
EXIT’s music and talent office Echosystem, by its own admission, was established in June this year to “provide comprehensive support and an opportunity for promising and talented musicians from the region and beyond to develop successful global careers through a label, artist management, booking, mentorship, and collaboration with leading world music stars and agencies.
“New, young talents will thus become part of the vast EXIT family through the EXIT Music & Talent Office, getting a chance to break through on the global music scene with professional guidance and support from music and festival industry experts.”
Lanna is the first artist coming out of EXIT Echosystem, a proof that the idea behind the talent incubator is working.
