Chase Rice Books ‘Get Western 2024 Tour’
Chase Rice has announced a February tour through Canada – “Get Western 2024 Tour” –following a summer spent headlining in the U.S. and playing arena dates with Jelly Roll and Old Dominion.
Rice is supporting his latest album I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell, which he recorded at his farm outside Nashville with producer Oscar Charles and a live band using a makeshift recording setup. His new music includes current single “Bad Day To Be A Cold Beer” and stand-out track “Bench Seat.” An announcement from his team describes the project as featuring “the same gravelly-voiced Chase Rice fans first fell in love with years ago – but better, freer; unbeholden and uninhibited.”
The country singer/songwriter’s February plans start with a Feb. 10 show at Seattle’s Showbox SoDo, with the Canada road trip featuring stops in 11 cities including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal and more. He’ll be joined by Canada native Owen Riegling as direct support across most dates, with Fort Worth-based singer-songwriter Palmer Anthony supporting in Seattle and Vancouver.
“From radio to live shows, Canada has always been so good to us,” Rice said in a statement. “I had the chance to explore even more of the beautiful country during my time off from touring earlier this summer, and I can’t wait to come back in the new year for these shows with our Canadian fans.”
Rice is managed by Why&How Management’s Eddie Kloesel and his agent is The Neal Agency’s Austin Neal.
Reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for Rice include a July 1 show at Indian Ranch in Webster, Massachusetts, that sold 2,769 tickets and grossed $127,002.
