Garth Brooks and his fans have a lot to be thankful for this week. The country superstar has added 18 dates to his Las Vegas residency, citing “overwhelming fan demand.” And on Friday he’ll celebrate the grand opening of his new Nashville bar by showing off new music during an Amazon Music Live (AML) concert.

The new performances added to Brooks’ Las Vegas residency, “Garth Brooks/Plus ONE” are scheduled at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace Sept. 26, Sept. 28-29, Oct. 3, Oct. 5-6, Oct. 10, 12-13; Dec. 5, Dec. 7-8, Dec. 12, Dec. 14-15, Dec. 19 and Dec. 21-22.

The show promises an up-close-and-personal performance in the 4,300-capacity venue, with no two shows the same. Depending on the night, the evening might feature fiddle, percussion and background vocals or the whole band. Brooks may even be joined by a special guest.

“My experience working with the family and crew at Caesars and the audiences of the residency has been next level. I couldn’t have picked a better place to play or better people to play for,” Brooks said in a statement.

A Citi cardmember presale is going on now. Past ticket purchasers and Caesars Rewards members, well as Live Nation and Ticketmaster customers will also have access to a presale happening Wednesday, Nov. 22 at 10 a.m. PT through Sunday, Nov. 26 at 10 p.m. PT.  Tickets go on sale to the  general public starting  Monday, Nov. 27 at 10 a.m. PT for the first nine shows and 12 p.m. PT for the remaining nine shows.

In other news, Brooks is taking his “Dive Bar” concert series to his new Nashville bar, Friends in Low Places Bar & Honky-Tonk, Nov. 24. The setlist will feature new tracks from his upcoming studio album, Time Traveler, as well as chart-topping hits, fan favorites and deep cuts from his catalog.

The Black Friday AML special will air on Prime Video and Twitch at 7 p.m. EST, with Prime Video providing free access to the performance, even if you don’t have a Prime membership or Amazon account.

The AML preshow – which starts at 6 p.m. EST – is hosted by Kelly Sutton and Amber Anderson of Country Heat Weekly and will feature interviews, special guests and surprises.

Garth is managed by Bob Doyle & Associates Management.

Reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for Brooks include a run of five shows at Croke Park Stadium in Dublin, Ireland, Sept. 9-17, 2022, that sold a total of 401,000 with nearly $28.7 million grossed.
