Reggaeton Pioneer Don Omar To Embark On 20-Date Tour In 2024

Puerto Rican icon and reggaeton pioneer Don Omar announced he will be back in arenas in 2024 and bringing fans “Back to Reggaeton, ” a 20-date trek across North America that celebrates the artist’s decades-long career.

The “Back to Reggaeton” tour will kick off at Santander Arena on March 7 and includes stops at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, Prudential Center in Newark, Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum, the Kia Forum near Los Angeles, Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, Dallas’ Texas Trust Theater and Eagle Bank Arena in Washington, D.C. The tour wraps up at Kaseya Center in Miami.

Don Omar dropped a new EP, Back to Reggaeton, in November featuring the single “Sandunga,” a collaboration with reggaeton stars Wisin y Yandel that was produced by renowned duo Luney Tunes. The upcoming tour “promises to be the perfect mix between Don Omar’s classics and new hits,” according to the release.

The presale for “Back to Reggaeton” opens Thursday, and the general onsale begins Friday. Tickets are available on the artist’s website, DonOmar.com.

Don Omar, known as the “King of Reggaeton,” is managed by Arrow Management and repped by Wasserman Music. He headlined Baja Beach Fest in Rosarito Beach, Mexico, in August and last performed a solo concert at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on June 10, 2022. The show sold 7,708 tickets and grossed $680,775, according to Pollstar Boxoffice.
