Oak View Group Appoints Julieta Gutierrez Macias As SVP, CFO Of OVG360

Oak View Group, the global venue development, advisory and investment company for the sports and live entertainment industries, bolstered its full-service venue management and hospitality division by hiring Julieta Gutierrez Macias as senior vice president and chief financial officer of OVG360.

The seasoned executive will oversee financial and accounting activities for the division and report to Chris Granger, president of OVG360, and Ade Patton, chief financial officer of Oak View Group, which is the parent company of Pollstar. Gutierrez Macias assumes her new role immediately.

“With her impressive background in financial planning, strategy, and analysis, Julieta is the ideal choice for this role as we continue our rapid growth and expansion of services,” Granger said in a statement. “With her unique global experience, she will serve as an incredibly valuable resource as we look to serve new partners outside of North America. We’re thrilled to welcome Julieta to the team.”

Gutierrez Macias boasts multinational experience in the hospitality and energy sectors and recently served as chief operating officer for Sodexo Live! airport lounges in North America. She also served as the division’s global CFO as well as the North America CFO for Sodexo’s sports and entertainment division. Gutierrez Macias, who speaks fluent French, Spanish and English, also had executive roles at Areva, Alstom and Procter & Gamble.
