Janet Jackson Extending ‘Together Again Tour,’ Adding Nelly To New Dates

Fans will get another opportunity to see Janet Jackson live this summer with the addition of 35 dates to her “Together Again Tour.” The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee won’t be the only one taking the stage. Missouri rapper Nelly will join Jackson for the added shows as a special guest.

Jackson, who is repped by Creative Artists Agency, is building off what was a successful 2023 run that included 36 sold-out concerts. The new leg of the Live Nation-produced tour will start June 4 at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California, and includes stops at Kia Forum in Los Angeles, San Francisco’s Chase Center,  Chicago’s United Center, TD Garden in Boston, Newark’s Prudential Center, Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore and Austin’s Moody Center. The summer leg closes July 30 at Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

The ”Together Again Tour” celebrates the 50th anniversary of Jackson’s career in entertainment as well as three of her most successful albums: The Velvet Rope (released 25 years ago), janet (released 30 years ago) and Rhythm Nation (released 35 years ago). According to the release announcing the tour, fans can expect Jackson and hip-hop star Nelly “to deliver a powerhouse performance, showcasing his greatest hits and cherished fan favorites spanning the last two decades.”

The presale for the new dates begins Jan. 17 at 10 a.m. and continues throughout the week. The general onsale is Jan. 19 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased online at LiveNation.com.
