Eagles have added three nights in the UK, and one in Europe to the itinerary of their “Long Goodbye” tour, currently underway.

The UK shows will take place at the brand-new Co-op Live, scheduled to open in Manchester, England, in late April. Eagles will headline the new arena on three nights, May 31, June 1, and June 4.

It marks a significant get for the UK’s highly-anticipated Co-op Live in its opening season. Said Co-op Live executive director, and general manager, Gary Roden, “We’ve always said that our mission is to bring the world’s biggest artists to Manchester, and we’re delighted Co-op Live is hosting the only UK shows of Eagles’ farewell tour. Hosting these shows epitomises the ambition that the arena is built on, and we can’t wait to be part of plenty more historic events like this one.”

Eagles will then head to mainland Europe for one night at the Gelredome in Arnheim, Netherlands, June 13.

As on the North American run, which kicked off last September in New York, Eagles will be joined by Steely Dan across all shows.

The band released the following statement alongside the new dates, hinting that new dates may still be added to the “Long Goodbye”:

“The Eagles have had a miraculous 52-year odyssey, performing for people all over the globe; keeping the music alive in the face of tragic losses, upheavals and setbacks of many kinds. Credit and thanks go to our longtime management team, our dedicated road crew, and our exceptional backup musicians for providing skilled and steadfast support, throughout these many years. We know how fortunate we are, and we are truly grateful. Our long run has lasted far longer than any of us ever dreamed.

“But, everything has its time, and the time has come for us to close the circle. The official farewell tour is currently underway. We want to give all our fans a chance to see us on this final round. So, scheduling information will be released as dates are set. The difficulties of booking venues for multiple nights may require us to return to certain cities, depending on demand. But, we hope to see as many of you as we can, before we finish up. Most importantly, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for embracing this band and its music. At the end of the day, you are the reason we have been able to carry on for over five decades. This is our swan song, but the music goes on and on.

“With love and gratitude, The Eagles.”

Eagles are represented by CAA worldwide, with North American co-head Rick Roskin being the point of contact in North America, and managed by Irving Azoff’s Full Stop Management.
