Turns out Dead & Company’s swan song was a false twilight.

After a run of sold-out farewell shows last summer, Dead & Company are returning for a run of shows at Sphere in Las Vegas.

Oteil Burbridge, Bob Weir, John Mayer, Mickey Hart, Jeff Chimenti and Jay Lane will play 18 shows over six weeks between May 16 and June 22 (see the full scheduled below). The band will be the third to play at the technologically hyperadvanced venue in Sin City, following U2’s 40-show debut run which ends March 2 and Phish’s four dates in April.

While “UV: Achtung Baby Live At The Sphere” — which ranked on Pollstar’s year-end charts after bringing in nearly $110 million and selling more than 280,000 tickets in its first 17 shows, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports — utilizes a largely identical setlist each night (a middle, largely acoustic portion shows variation, sandwiched between Achtung Baby in full), Dead & Company promises “Each weekend’s three performances will feature a unique setlist.”

Advance presale registration is available HERE. Artist Presale begins February 5 at 10 AM Pacific. Advance registration does not guarantee tickets. Supplies are limited. General on-sale begins Friday, February 9 at 10 AM Pacific via Ticketmaster.

Tickets start at $145 and will utilize all-in pricing.

Vibee is the official VIP Concert & Hotel Package partner for the residency and is the only way to access ticket bundles for all three weekend shows. Fans can purchase various Vibee packages through the official presale beginning February 2 at 10 AM Pacific. Vibee VIP package holders will receive priority entry into the Dead & Company Fan Portal coming soon to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Dead & Company and Activist will continue their work with longtime sustainability partner REVERB to reduce the residency’s environmental footprint, according to a release, and will work with HeadCount which uses the power of music to register voters and promote participation in democracy.

With 162 headline reports in Pollstar’s Boxoffice database, Dead & Company has grossed more than $434 million.

Dead & Company is managed by Irving Azoff (who is also co-founder of Pollstar parent company Oak View Group) , Steve Moir and Artists Management’s Bernie Cahill.
