Rock-it Cargo Acquires SOS Global
Rock-it Cargo, a Global Critical Logistics (GCL) company has acquired North Carolina-based freight forwarder, SOS Global, from NEP Group, the company announced on Feb. 1. The acquisition closed on Jan. 31, and the details were undisclosed.
SOS president Ed Reno will remain with the company, reporting directly to GCL president and CEO, Daniel Rosenthal.

GCL recently acquired Dell Will Customs Brokers last October to help with customs brokerage for international shipments. Rock-it Global has been nominated and won the Pollstar Award for Transportation Company of the Year in previous years.
