Pearl Jam has announced a 35-date world tour in support of their 12th studio album, Dark Matter, hitting nine countries and 25 cities, May through November.

The “Dark Matter World Tour” kicks off at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, and covers much of North America including shows at Wrigley Field, Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park, and Pearl Jam’s first hometown performance in six years at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena, the world’s first net-zero certified arena.

The tour continues with performances in the UK and Europe, including the only UK indoor show at Manchester’s Co-op Live, opening its doors in April, followed by the group’s long-awaited ten-year return to New Zealand, and Australia in November. Full routing below.

Special guests Deep Sea Diver (North America Leg 1), Glen Hansard (North America Leg 2), The Murder Capital (UK/EU), Richard Ashcroft (Dublin and London), and Pixies (Australia and New Zealand) will serve as support for these dates.

Dark Matter is also the name of Pearl Jam’s 12th studio album, out April 19 – the result of band members Eddie Vedder, Jeff Ament, Stone Gossard, Mike McCready, and Matt Cameron retreating to Shangri-La Studios in Malibu last year, where “they simply plugged in and played with [multi-Grammy award winning producer] Andrew Watt at the helm,” according to a press release.

Pearl Jam’s “Dark Matter” tour follows a sold-out North American fall run in August and September last year. Highlights from the Pollstar Boxoffice include two sold out Moody Centers in Austin, TX, Sept. 18-19, selling 27,898 tickets at a $4,415,567 gross; two sold-out nights at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, TX (26,421 tickets, $4,559,508 grossed); and two sold out shows at Chicago’s United Center (36,608, $5,980,753), promoted by Live Nation.

A mere snapshot of a live career spanning more than three decades, 85 million records sold from a catalog of twelve studio albums, and hundreds of official live concert bootleg releases. Formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1990, the band was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2017.

Pearl Jam is represented by WME’s Don Muller in North America, and ITB’s Rod MacSween in the rest of the world. Longtime Pearl Jam tour manager Mark Smith has been the band’s manager since Kelly Curtis, who managed the band since its formation, retired in 2020.
