Creative Artists Agency announced the appointment of nine managing directors and “an evolution” of its agency board, the company announced April 11.

The Managing Directors will work alongside CAA Co-Chairman and CEO Bryan Lourd, Co-Chairmen Kevin Huvane and Richard Lovett and President Jim Burtson on “a wide range of strategic business and operational matters,” according to a statement

The Agency Board will work with the CAA’s Co-Chairmen and President on “ensuring the continued strength of the company’s highly regarded culture of service, collaboration, and opportunity, built for personal client service. Among other areas, it will focus on organizational excellence, state-of-the-art dealmaking, training and development, and sustained innovation,” according to Thursday’s statement.
