Germany is host country of the 2024 Euros, which kick off June 14 at Munich’s Allianz Arena, where the German squad will take on the Scottish national soccer team in the opening match.

Two days prior, on Wednesday, June 12, Munich’s Theresienwiese – grounds of the world-famous Octoberfest – will host a day of concerts featuring German stars Tim Bendzko, Dylan, and Mark Forster, as well as international stars Nelly Furtado and Ed Sheeran (running order below).

Dubbed Fan Fest Euro 2024, Theresienwiese will offer everything fans have come to expect from a festival, including a wide variety of food and beverage stalls, and areas to chill out in-between concerts.

Fan Fest Euro 2024 is promoted by FKP Scorpio with the help of local event producers Pro Event. It marks a premiere in Munich’s city history: for the first time, Theresienwiese will be used as the location for a major concert event of this kind, offering space for up to 90,000 guests.

As organizers point out in a press release announcing Fan Fest Euro 2024, the involvement of premium partners like telco giant Deutsche Telekom and brewery group Bitburger made it possible to offer a range of affordable tickets: from €111.65 ($120), including fees, in category one – the smallest distance to the stage – to categories two (€99/$107), and three (€69/$75).

Promoters inform potential ticket buyers, that “all categories will have a direct view of the stage with its large video walls.”

All tickets are issued digitally, and include travel to and from the event with Munich’s public transport system, which includes a subway, buses, and trams.
