Marley Brothers To Embark On 22-date ‘The Legacy Tour’

In what is being called their first outing together in two decades, Ziggy, Stephen, Julian, Ky-Mani and Damian Marley will hit the road in September for a 22-date North American tour.

Produced by Live Nation, “The Marley Brothers: The Legacy Tour” kicks off Sept. 5 in Vancouver, British Columbia, and runs into early October, taking in markets and venues including Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Pine Knob Music Theater near Detroit, Xfinity Center in Massachusetts and wraps Oct. 5 at  FPL Solar Amphitheatre in Miami.

Presales begin Tuesday, April 16 and run throughout the week, with general onsale beginning Friday, April 19.

With the family reunited for the tour, the announcement says the Marley brothers will honor their father by performing individual hits of their own along with classic Bob Marley songs as what would have been his 80th birthday approaches. 

Each with their own successful musical careers, the Marley brothers have individually earned 22 Grammy Awards, including Julian Marley’s 2024 Best Reggae Album win.

Recent Marley-related boxoffice reports submitted to Pollstar include Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley at Hard Rock Live Sacramento, which sold 2,026 tickets in February, while Damian and Stephen got the nod in March as the first concert at the reopened Brooklyn Paramount theater in New York.

Ziggy Marley has been on recent tour legs with Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue as well as Tedeschi Trucks Band.
