Cheryl Paglierani’s stellar career continues to have an increasingly greater impact as her roster of superstar artists, including Post Malone, 21 Savage, Dominic Fike and Flo Milli, see their careers continue to grow.

Her 2023 highlights include 21 Savage’s European tour, which included a clean sell out of London’s 20,000-capacity The O2 in late November. And Post Malone’s all-country performance at Stagecoach in April was one of the biggest moments of the past year, noting that “both were a first for each artist & it was incredible to see them both expanding into new territories.”

When asked about her biggest challenges in this busy year, Paglierani says, “Never dropping the ball! We move a mile a minute in this business and managing the intricacies that come along with the gig in a precise and efficient manner can often become quite challenging; but it’s also the reason I love the job and welcome every challenge that comes my way. Problem solving is my specialty.”

Paglierani got her start in music working as a receptionist at dance record label Robbins Entertainment. She began her journey in the agency world 16 years ago at William Morris, which was followed by stints at CAA and The Agency Group, which merged with UTA in 2015. In 2020 she was named partner.

Reflecting on the business philosophy that guides her, Paglierani says, “‘You’ll never know if you can fly if you never spread your wings’ — This advice was given to me at a time when I was considering a big leap in my career and it’s stuck with me. I think of it anytime I need to remind myself that the first step to a successful outcome is simply trying.”

Looking ahead, she predicts more artists will cross over into the country world. She says “lots of shows” are planned for her clients in 2024 including 21 Savage’s “American Dream Tour,” playing amphitheaters across North America, Flo Milli is currently out on tour with Gunna and she’s “very much looking forward to Dominic Fike’s sets at Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Gov Ball among many others.”
