Hard Rock International Names Xavier Henry Regional Manager Of Booking And Talent Buying

Hard Rock International has hired Xavier Henry as the company’s regional manager of booking and talent buying, a role in which he will support programming efforts across its portfolio of Midwest venues by overseeing bookings at Hard Rock Casino Rockford, Hard Rock Live Northern Indiana, Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, and Hard Rock Live Bristol Virginia. 

“Xavier Henry joins Hard Rock International with deep knowledge of the live entertainment business and will be instrumental in ensuring our properties across the Midwest meet or exceed our elevated standards,” said Andrew Saunders, Vice President of Entertainment for Hard Rock. “We are excited for his contributions to an already extensive live entertainment business, especially as we prepare to open the doors of our two newest venues in Rockford, Illinois, and Bristol, Virginia.” 

Henry most recently was the senior commercial programming manager at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts in Orlando, Florida. His resume also includes serving as a booking coordinator at Wasserman Music and an assistant in music touring at United Talent Agency. 

“I’m thrilled to keep pushing the envelope with world-class events across the Hard Rock International venue portfolio,” Henry said in a statement. “I am honored to be a part of a team that continues to be at the forefront of the entertainment business.” 

An announcement from Hard Rock explains that in his new position, “Henry will play an important role in executing entertainment strategies including collaborating with agency, promoter, and content partners, while working with internal stakeholders such as the company’s ticketing, production, marketing, and finance teams.”
