ASM Italia Gets Giuseppe Rizzello As Vice President

ASM Global today announced the appointment of Giuseppe “Joe” Rizzello as vice president of ASM Italia, a newly created role.

Rizzello brings with him a wealth of experience garnered in the live entertainment and venue management industry. He previously worked for long-standing Italian soccer club FC Internazionale Milano, running operations of San Siro stadium; and as venue director for UEFA’s Champions League operations.

Rizzello has worked across 14 different FIFA World Cups in various capacities, showcasing his ability to manage large-scale, high-profile events. Prior to joining ASM Global, he managed major venues in South America for AEG Facilities.

“In his new role as vice president of ASM Global Italia, Joe will lead the company’s mission to enhance and expand its footprint in the Italian market. His deep understanding of the local market dynamics and proven track record will be instrumental in driving ASM Italia’s growth strategy,” according to the press release announcing the appointment.

ASM Italia is “exploring new opportunities and expanding its portfolio of venues” in Italy, by its own admission.
