Being on the road is a hard habit to break for one of the longest-running and most successful musical acts. The band Chicago announced they are staying on the road and headlining a tour this fall, visiting North American venues in October and November.

Following the conclusion of “Heart & Soul Tour,” which Chicago co-headlines with Earth, Wind & Fire, at Palm Desert’s Acrisure Arena on Sept. 7, the two-time Grammy winners kick off their 16-date solo run on Oct. 22 at Brown County Music Center in Nashville, Indiana. The routing includes shows at Mayo Performing Arts Center in Morristown, New Jersey; Baltimore’s The Lyric; The Stanley Theatre in Utica, New York; The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor in Windsor, Ontario; and Columbus, Ohio’s Mershon Auditorium before wrapping up at DeVos Performance Hall in Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Nov. 17.

The tour includes two-night stands at The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, (Oct. 29 and 30) and at Atlantic City’s Hard Rock Live (Nov. 1 and 2).

The general onsale begins Aug. 9 at 10 a.m. local time, and tickets are available at ChicagoTheBand.com.

Prior to the tour announcement, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band announced a new 26-track concert album, Chicago At The John F. Kennedy Center The Performing Arts, Washington D.C. (9/16/1971), which drops Sept. 27 and will be released via Rhino Records.

Chicago is repped worldwide by Brett Steinberg of Creative Artists Agency and has sold more than 5.1 million tickets and grossed more than $248 million across 1,131 shows reported to the Pollstar Boxoffice since March 1999. One of those reports is a sold-out show at Overture Hall in Madison, Wisconsin, on June 2 that grossed $237,311 off 2,169 tickets.
