Oasis have ended years of feverish speculation, and announced a long-awaited run of UK and Ireland shows for next summer: 14 stadium shows covering all of the UK – Wales, England, and Ireland – and forming the domestic leg of the “Oasis Live ’25” world tour.

Oasis’ UK and Ireland run will kick off July 4, 2025, at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, and travel via Manchester’s Heaton Park, and London’s Wembley Stadium, to Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh, and Croke Park in Dublin. Full itinerary below.

Oasis commented, “The guns have fallen silent. The stars have aligned. The great wait is over. Come see. It will not be televised.”

Plans are underway for “Oasis Live ’25” to visit continents outside of Europe later next year.

Formed in Manchester, Oasis became one of the biggest cultural phenomenons of the era as their 1994 debut Definitely Maybe became the fastest-selling debut album in British history – and has since reached 17-times platinum in recognition of 5 million-plus domestic sales.

All seven Oasis studio albums went straight to number one in the UK, as did the 2010 compilation Time Flies…. Their catalogue of features eight number-one singles, including “Some Might Say,” and “The Importance of Being Idle,” as well as another fifteen top 10 hits.

From the band’s live history, the two concerts in Knebworth, England, Aug. 10-11, when they performed in front of 125,000 people each night stand out. Other big moments included two headline sets at Glastonbury in 1995 and 2004; huge homecoming shows at Manchester City’s Maine Road stadium; and a run of Wembley Stadium gigs which were documented in the live album Familiar To Millions.

The last Oasis box office reports submitted to Pollstar are from the band’s last U.S. and European run in support of their 2008 album Dig Out Your Soul. It was on that tour that the iconic band famously split up.

The tour kicked off at the WaMu Theater in Seattle, WA, Aug. 26, 2008, selling out 4,593 available tickets at a $242,821 gross.

Highlights from the year-long run include sold out arenas in Canada, like the Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton, AB, Aug. 29, 2008 (10,684 tickets, $612,184 grossed), or the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary, AB, Aug. 30, 2008 (11,563 tickets, $648,592 grossed).

In Europe, they sold out London’s Wembley Arena twice, Oct. 16-17, 2008, moving a total 23,122 tickets for $1,623,022. Two nights at The SSE Arena Belfast, Northern Ireland, Oct. 29-30, sold 19,909 tickets at a $1,390,923 gross.

They also virtually sold out the Palacio De Los Deportes in Mexico City, Nov. 26, 2008, (20,349 tickets, $758,259 gross), and sold out Madison Square Garden Dec. 17 that year (15,200, $777,050).

The mainland European leg included a sold out WiZink Center in Madrid, Spain, Feb. 12, 2009 (15,948, $715,688) (pictured), as well as 15,953 ticket sold, and $871,302 grossed, at Accor Arena in Paris, France.

France was also the setting of the great drama that led to the split-up of Oasis, where the band was set to return for that year’s Rock en Seine Festival, Aug. 28. However, the band pulled out of its headline slot only minutes before it was due onstage. The Times reported back then that the breakup was spawned by a big fight backstage.

Both Liam and Noel Gallagher went separate ways, and have since built incredibly successful solo careers for themselves. Liam Gallagher just completed a UK arena run in celebration of the seminal Oasis album Definitely Maybe, which turns 30 next year.

Accolades Oasis have collected during their career include six BRIT Awards, including the Outstanding Contribution to British Music, two Ivor Novellos, and seventeen NME Awards.

Oasis used to be represented by Primary Talent’s Ben Winchester, who continued to represent Noel Gallagher. Liam Gallaghers agents are Alex Hardee and Adele Slater at Wasserman Music.
