Bad Religion Cancels Fall Tour

Bad Religion has called off its North American fall tour less than a month before it was supposed to start, citing an “an unforeseen family circumstance.” 

The Los Angeles punk rock band led by Greg Graffin posted the following statement to social media Aug. 27:

“Due to an unforeseen family circumstance, we are canceling our upcoming fall tour.
“We apologize for any disappointment and disruption this may cause.
“We appreciate your understanding.
“For ticket refunds, please visit the point of purchase.”

Bad Religion also shouted out Niis, which was supposed to join the tour as its special guest, saying: “A sincere apology to @niis.losangeles for your willingness and support. Go check them out, they are fantastic!”

The tour was supposed to start Sept. 17 at the Sherman Theater in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. Stops on the routing were to include sold-out shows in Montreal; Toronto; Edmonton, Alberta; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Seattle. Other U.S. cities on the routing included Nashville; Little Rock, Arkansas; Oklahoma City and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The last show on the books was Hard Rock Live Sacramento in Wheatland, California, on Oct 19, 2024.

Bad Religion is booked in North America by CAA’s Darryl Eaton and Jared Martin. 

Reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for the band include an April 9 show at Mechanics Bank Theater in Bakersfield, California, that sold 3,537 tickets and grossed $172,285.
