Impact NextGen: Lindsay Dworman
Lindsay Dworman
Director Of Global Touring, Tour Buyer/Promoter
AEG Presents

Lindsay Dworman started working in the music industry after she graduated from Syracuse University. She held down several music internships while still in school and she worked as a booker for Syracuseโs concert board. Her first job out of school working as an assistant for Jeff Frasco at CAA. โHe taught me to have a sense of urgency in everything I do and to always be looking a step ahead,โ she says.
Now, Dworman serves as Director of Global Touring at AEG Presents. Sheโs learned from Cody Lauzier, SVP of global touring at AEG, and she shares heโs imparted his knowledge of promotion and remains a major advocate. She hopes to eventually promote stadium tours of her own.
Sheโs promoted massive tours this year, teaming up with โEspressoโ superstar Sabrina Carpenter, who launched into the zeitgeist earlier this year following her support slot on Taylor Swiftโs โEras Tourโ dates. With the success of Carpenter, Dworman hopes to continue to grow her career and eventually step up into bigger and bigger rooms.
โMy highlights this year are working with Sabrina Carpenter on her upcoming tour this fall and working with The Last Dinner Party on their tour this year,โ Dworman says. โIt had been incredible to see both actsโ growth over the past year and I am so grateful to be able to work with their incredible teams.โ
This marks Dwormanโs third appearance on Pollstarโs Impact NextGen, having first landed on the list in 2019 and 2022. She was working with Maggie Rogers, Leon Bridges and Remi Wolf for their 2022 tours, and further emphasized how fantastic a mentor Lauzier is.
โI have learned a ton about being a promoter from him and he has always been a big advocate of mine,โ she said. โI think it is so important to have someone that you can really look up to and learn from in this industry and he has been that person for me. I have also had the privilege to work with Debra Rathwell. The opportunity to learn from such an iconic woman in the live business is incredibly inspiring.โ
With her own massive artists, Dworman likely isnโt too far from hitting her goal of promoting her own stadium tours.
Carpenter has launched into the mainstream with two No. 1 singles, โEspressoโ and โPlease, Please.โ Her debut album, Short & Sweet, is also one of the top-selling albums by a female artist this year, following behind music behemoths Beyoncรฉ and Taylor Swift.
With Dworman in her corner, Carpenterโs career is pretty much guaranteed to be anything other than short.
