Noah Kahan, The Lumineers Headlining 2nd Annual Out Of The Blue Festival
After a successful first outing, Out of the Blue Festival will return to the beaches of Cancún, Mexico, with a star-studded lineup featuring Noah Kahan and The Lumineers as headliners. Mt. Joy, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Lake Street Dive, Briston Maroney and The Japanese House will also be traveling to Mexico to perform in paradise, along with Ashe, Wilde Rivers, Michael Marcagi and Petey.
The second edition of the all-inclusive concert vacation, which is presented by Playa Luna, is set for Jan. 4-7, 2025, and will take place at Moon Palac Resort in Riviera Cancún, Mexico. Each artist will perform a set on a custom oceanfront stage as well as smaller, intimate shows in the form of a pool party, a pop-up or a late-night concert.
“I can’t wait to return to Riviera Cancun for Out Of The Blue,” Kahan said in a press release announcing the festival. “Last year was an absolute blast and such a unique experience. It’s rare for artists and fans to spend four days together at a beach resort, it makes for such a special environment.”
Travel packages for the four-day event go on sale Wednesday, Sept. 25, at noon ET and can be purchased on the festival website, outofthebluefestival.com. The exclusive alumni and amigo presale window opens Sept. 24 at noon and 2 p.m. ET, respectively. The packages included round-trip airfare, luxurious resort accommodations, unlimited top-shelf drinks, all-inclusive dining, daily yoga sessions, artist-curated activities and much more.
“Out of the Blue Festival is all about creating a unique and immersive experience for both the artists and the fans,” Jonathan Fordin, co-founder at Playa Luna, said in a statement. “Our goal is to blend world-class music with the breathtaking beauty of Cancún, providing an all-inclusive retreat where guests can relax, connect, and celebrate together. We’re thrilled to bring this festival back for its second year and can’t wait to see everyone there.”
The festival is also committed to sustainability with the concert area not using single-use plastic. Waste will also be sorted to divert from landfills.
