As Hollywood Park continues to come together as the largest urban mixed-use mega-development under construction in the Western United States, new tenants have been confirmed this week and details have been announced for the world debut of CineVita. Set for a limited run Dec. 3 through April, CineVita will be the home of “For The Record,” which is described as “a genre-defying, immersive experience that brings iconic films to life through music, performed by stars of record, stage, and screen.”

Hollywood Park, which is being developed and operated by Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke, spans nearly 300 acres and is centered around the 3.1 million square-foot SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. When construction is completed, Hollywood Park will include “up to five million square feet of creative office space, an exceptional retail district reaching up to 890,000 square feet, a 300-room hotel, and up to 2,500 sophisticated new residences.” An announcement adds that the another draw to Hollywood Park is that it will “border the 12-acre Lake Park while being interlaced with a total 25 acres of tree-lined public parks and open space.”

The CineVita is a 15,000-square-foot space that is being crafted with the goal of transporting “audiences back to the golden age of cinema.” Otherwise known as the CineVita Spiegeltent, it will feature “30,00 hand-carved mirrors, hundreds of stained glass windows, and finely detailed wood carvings on every staircase and luxury booth seat” — created by a fifth generation of master tent builders in Belgium.

The new tenants set to open their doors between fall 2024 and early 2025 include a Mexican restaurant and lounge called Martin’s Cocina y Cantina, California-based salon suite franchise Phenix Salon Suites and open-air food and beverage destination The Meeting Spot, which will including a 160-seat outdoor patio and “a blend of high-quality casual dining, inventive cocktails and a laid-back atmosphere.” The announcements were officially made during the Opening Celebration for The Shops at Hollywood Park that took place on Thursday, featuring DJ sets by 1500 Sound Academy and live performances.

“Hollywood Park continues to add exciting attractions and retail establishments as the true potential for this vibrant community gathering place is being realized,” Otto Maly, President of Kroenke Holdings, said in a statement. “We are pleased to share the newest operators opening their doors here and look forward to giving our guests an even greater variety of offerings when they visit this unparalleled place to live, work and play.”
