Everyone is on board the Shakira hype train. Embarking on her first major trek since 2018, the Colombian superstar has shattered records across the globe and sold out 13 stadium shows for the highly anticipated โ€œLas Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tourโ€ in under two hours.

The Latin American leg of her Live Nation-promoted tour sold nearly 700,000 tickets in just a few hours when they went on sale last week and more than 2 million fans registered for ticket notifications. Due to overwhelming demand, Shakira added three additional dates in in Mexico. Tickets for the new dates in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Mexico City went on sale today and are available at Shakira.com.

Shakira recently released a new music video for the single โ€œSolteraโ€ which has surpassed 9.6 million views. The singer is going out on the road to promote her latest album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran (Women No Longer Cry), which earned her a Latin Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. Much like the LP, the tour aims to โ€œpromote a message of empowerment and strengthโ€ to multiple generations of fans, according to a release. The promoter also promises a high-tech production to showcase โ€œher biggest hits, new songs and several surprisesโ€ in what will be โ€œan unforgettable experience, both visually and musically.โ€

Prior to her landmark Super Bowl halftime performance alongside Jennifer Lopez in 2020, Shakira last toured North America in 2018. Highlights from the trek included two sold-out nights at the Forum in Inglewood, California, grossing $2.3 million. She also played two nights at AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami that same tour, selling out and grossing $2.8 million.

Shakira is represented by WME worldwide.
