Justin Timberlake Postpones Next 6 Shows Due To Ilness
Justin Timberlake took to social media on Tuesday to announce that he rescheduled the next six shows of his “Forget Tomorrow World Tour” to recover from bronchitis and laryngitis. The global popstar was originally set to perform in Columbus, Ohio, tonight, and other rescheduled dates include concerts in Chicago; Grand Rapids, Michigan; Detroit; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; St. Paul, Minnesota; and Columbus, Ohio.
“I haven’t been feeling great the last few shows and turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis,” Timberlake wrote on Instagram. “I’m so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2. … Thank you for understanding. I’ll make it up to you.”
The Grammy-winning artist will revisit United Center in Chicago on Feb. 14, followed by a show on Feb. 18 at Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids. He will then make his way to Detroit’s Little Caesars Arena on Feb. 20, followed by stops at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Feb. 22, St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center on Feb. 24 and Columbus’ Nationwide Arena on Feb. 27.
Timberlake is booked by WME’s Keith Sarkisian and managed by Wright Entertainment Group’s Johnny Wright. He recently performed two sold-out nights at LCLC Arena in Decines-Charpieu, France, and grossed $3,202,822 off 26,397 tickets, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.
