Lil Wayne, Diplo, Loud Luxury and RL Grime are announced as the headliners for this year’s Tahoe Live, taking place Dec. 14 and 15 at Palisades Tahoe. The two-day festival is set to host 15,000 attendees.

“Tahoe Live is the only electronic music festival held on the grounds of a U.S. ski resort, literally on the side of a snow-capped mountain, just steps from the chairlift,” Tahoe LIVE founder Dustin Esson tells Pollstar. “Palisades Tahoe amplifies Tahoe Live’s impact by offering an iconic winter destination with world-class skiing, stunning views of Lake Tahoe, and convenient access via Reno Airport. Palisades has always been and always will be recognized as a legendary U.S. ski resort, frequently rated at the top of the list every year hence why it is the No. 1 IKON pass redemption location in the entire U.S.”

Last year’s festival featured headlining performances from REZZ and Shaquille O’Neil’s DJ alias, DJ Diesel. Rounding out the lineup to this year’s edition includes Valentino Khan, Bijou, Ookay, Wenzday, Anella and Maddi Reese.

Tickets are on sale now, with VIP passes including a dedicated check-in area for expedited entry, private bathrooms, VIP bars and food vendors, a lounge area, private viewing close to the stage and more. This year marks the first time Tahoe Live is hosting a hip-hop artist as a headliner with Lil Wayne. Lil Wayne is booked by United Talent Agency’s Mike “Mike G” Guirguis and he’s managed by Maverick Management.

Diplo is booked by Wasserman Music’s Sam Hunt and is managed by TMWRK Management.

“As a winter destination festival, Tahoe Live is seeing a growing desire for immersive experiences,” Esson says. “Attendees expect not just great performances but also activities that enhance their experience. As the festival grows, you can expect DJ sets at 9,000 feet, mid-mountain igloo parties and yurt pop-ups throughout the resort.”
