K-pop Group BABYMONSTER To Make U.S. Concert Debut
Korean entertainment company YG Entertainment’s rising female K-pop group BABYMONSTER will make its U.S. debut early next year, with a limited run of shows including two just-announced performances in New Jersey and Los Angeles.
Produced by Live Nation, the dates take place at Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, Feb. 28 and Kia Forum in Los Angeles on March 2. The shows are being billed as “BABYMONSTER 1st WORLD TOUR <HELLO MONSTERS>,” suggesting more dates could be added.
Tickets will be available starting on Wednesday, Dec. 18 at 3 p.m. local time at livenation.com. VIP packages will be available, including premium tickets, access to post and pre-show events, gift items and more.
The announcement comes after BABYMONSTER recently revealed tour dates in Seoul, South Korea, scheduled for Jan. 25 and Jan. 26 at KSPO DOME, which will kick off their upcoming global tour.
The tour supports BABYMONSTER’s first full-length album, [DRIP], released on Nov. 1, 2024, which follows the success of the group’s debut EP [BABYMONS7ER], released in April, which sold over 400,000 copies upon launch, according to the announcement.
