Pollstar Announces Call For Entries For 2025 Poster Contest

The Pollstar Live! Poster Contest returns for the 36th edition in 2025 and entries are now open.

The contest is open to U.S. residents who are, or are a representative of, a promoter, venue, manager, or similar position of a live event or show in the 202 calendar year. 

Entries will be accepted now through Jan. 3. Contest Submissions will be judged based on the the following criteria: (i) Content; (ii) Creativity; (iii) Originality; and (iv) Public votes from the Pollstar Live! 2025 Conference and Pollstar.com website.

After a preliminary screening of all entries for compliance with the rules and adherence to the judging criteria, as well as hand selecting Contest Submissions to advance to the public round, a select number of entries will be on display at the Pollstar Live! 2025 conference in Los Angeles for voting by the attendees of the conference.

The first prize winner will receive a full page, full color advertisement in Pollstar (Approximate Retail Value: $5,500). The second prize winner will receive a half-page, full color advertisement in Pollstar (Approximate Retail Value: $3,552) and the third prize winner will get a third-page, full color advertisement in Pollstar (Approximate Retail Value: $2,516).

Last year’s winner was Nashville’s Nissan Stadium for its George Strait concert poster designed by Andy Bird of Friendly Arctic Printing & Design.

The Moody Center in Austin, Texas, was awarded second place with a poster by Avery Elkins for a show by Parker McCollum.

Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C., won third place for a poster designed by EMEK for Wu-Tang Clan.
