Winter Music Conference Returns To Miami Beach In 2025

Winter Music Conference, the longest-running electronic music conference, will return to Miami Music Week this year for its 35th edition from March 26 to 28. The conference will conclude with the inaugural EDMAs/International Dance Music Awards (ADMA).

The conference will take place at Miami Beach’s Eden Roc Beach Resort, and will be the first official Miami Music Week hotel takeover. In addition to panels (soon to be announced), networking opportunities, daily pool parties and access to WMC-sanctioned events will be available for badge holders.

Originally, the 35th edition of the conference (which first took place in 1985) was set to occur in 2020, however, was postponed due to the pandemic. Next year marks the first time WMC will take place since 2019.

Winter Music Conference remains under the stewardship of Ultra Worldwide. The conference concludes in the afternoon of March 28, seamlessly transitioning into the 25th edition of Ultra Music Festival, taking place in Miami’s Bayfront Park. The conference was acquired by Ultra in 2018.

The awards show, a collaboration between the Electronic Dance Music Awards (EDMAs) and International Dance Music Awards (IDMAs), two of dance music’s most prestigious awards programs, takes place on March 28 and is invite-only.
