FKP Scorpio Promotes And Appoints In Sweden

FKP Scorpio Sweden announced some changes to its booking department: Chris Rotenius, a seasoned veteran in the Swedish music scene, steps up as head of booking, while internationally experienced Lola Loog joins the team as promoter from All Things Live.

“Together, they’re set to redefine live experiences for audiences across Sweden and the Nordics,” according to a press release from FKP Scorpio announcing the appointments.

Chris Rotenius, a recognized name in the Swedish music industry, has been working for FKP Scorpio since 2022. With over a decade of experience as a promoter and booker, Rotenius has been instrumental in organizing events such as Stockholm Rock Out or Gefle Metal Festival. As head of booking, he’ll utilize “his extensive experience and wide-reaching network within the music industry (…) to guide the booking department into the future.”

Lola Loog started her career as a teenager assisting with production and bookings at RL Concerts in Finland. Her impressive résumé since includes overseeing headline bookings like Stormzy for Finland’s Weekend Festival and managing international shows in Helsinki. In 2023, Loog made the move to Sweden, joining All Things Live, establishing herself as a figure in the Nordic music scene. Her expertise spans multiple genres, including electronic music, hip-hop and R&B. “Lola’s exceptional talent for identifying emerging artists and curating culturally impactful events adds a valuable dimension to the FKP Scorpio Sweden team,” the announcement states.
