Universal Attractions Agency bolstered its rock and pop division with the addition of veteran booking agent Ryan Slone, the company announced on Monday.

Slone, who is based in Nashville, will serve as responsible agent and bring with him a roster of rock and blues artists that includes Danielle Nicole, dada, 7Horse, LOVE with Johnny Echols and Talking Dreads to the Matt Rafal-headed pop and rock division, which was formed in 2023.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join UAA,” Slone said in a statement. “The agency has a stellar reputation, and it’s easy to see that the leadership team is second to none.”

UAA President and co-owner Jeff Epstein said Slone is an “exceptional” agent whose “extensive knowledge of the American and blues circuit, coupled with his strong relationships with both buyers and artists, sets him apart.”

“Ryan’s commitment to putting artists first aligns perfectly with what we value here at UAA,” Epstein added in his statement. “It’s clear that Ryan is a natural fit for our team, and we’re excited about what he’ll bring to the rock and pop division.”

Slone, who also works with Scott Mulvahill, Black Circle and Monkeys on a String, previously worked as an agent at Ovation Artist Group and New Frontier Touring and graduated with a master’s degree in music business from Belmont University in 2012.

UAA is a New York City-based talent agency that represents more than 250 artists. The company recently earned a Pollstar Award nomination for Independent Booking Agency of the Year (Global).
