Green Day, Justin Timberlake & Noah Kahan To Headline BottleRock Napa Valley; Festival Matching Donations To FireAid Up To $50,000

Green Day, Justin Timberlake and Noah Kahan top the lineup for BottleRock Napa Valley, which features nearly 80 acts over Memorial Day Weekend. The three-day music, wine, craft brew and culinary festival, which is presented by JaM Cellars, takes place at the Napa Valley Expo in Napa, California, on May 23-25.
In addition to headliners the festival lineup includes Benson Boone, Khruangbin, Cage the Elephant, Ice Cube, Sublime, Kaskade, Rebelution, Carín León, Goose, SOFI TUKKER, Public Enemy, 4 Non Blondes, Remi Wolf, E-40, Flo Rida, KALEO, Mon Laferte, Lawrence, Beach Bunny, The Story So Far, DOPE LEMON, Allen Stone, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory, DRAMA, Lauren Mayberry, Robby Krieger of The Doors, The War and Treaty, G. Details about the 2025 Williams Sonoma Culinary Stage – which showcases “a unique mashup of cooking demonstrations with renowned chefs, celebrities, performers and rock stars” – will be announced at a later date.

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 10 a.m. PT at BottleRockNapaValley.com. Three-day passes, including all fees, begin at $456. A special layaway plan is available for GA passes beginning at $100.
BottleRock Napa Valley is helping support LA wildfire relief by matching every dollar donated by fans for the first $50,000 to support FireAid, a benefit concert announced on Friday that is “dedicated to rebuilding communities devastated by wildfires and supporting efforts to prevent future fire disasters throughout Southern California.” With a lineup yet to come, FireAid is scheduled Jan. 30 at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. The event is produced by Shelli, Irving and the Azoff family, in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents.
