Lance Roberts Joins WME As Partner

Lance Roberts is joining WME as a partner in its Country music division, the agency announced. Roberts will be based in Nashville and brings more than 30 years of experience as an agent to the company.
In his career, Roberts has represented artists including Chris Janson, Craig Morgan, Easton Corbin, Ian Munsick, Parmalee and Sammy Kershaw.
“Lance is known in our industry as an agent with a keen eye for talent and a commitment to nurturing and growing artists’ careers,” Joey Lee, co-head of WME’s Nashville office, said in a statement. “We are excited to have his expertise at WME.”
Roberts began his career in 1992, where he worked at the Bobby Roberts Company. In 2014, he followed Bobby Roberts as it was acquired by UTA, where he stayed for a decade.
“I’m very grateful for the opportunity to join the amazing team at WME,” Roberts said in a statement. “They have been extremely supportive of this next chapter in my career, and I am looking forward to working with the most talented agents in our industry.”
