Billy Idol

For Billy Idol, it’s always a nice day to tour again, and that’s what the rock legend will set out to do this year. He’s joining forces with Joan Jett & the Blackhearts for a 30-date trek from April through September, visiting arenas and amphitheaters across North America.

The Live Nation-promoted “It’s a Nice Day To…Tour Again” kicks off April 30 at Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre in Phoenix, Arizona, and the routing includes stops at Austin’s Moody Center, PNC Music Pavilion in Charlotte, Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, Riverbend Music Center in Cincinnati, Toronto’s Budweiser Stage, Madison Square Garden in New York, Red Rocks in Morrison, Colorado, and Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, California. Idol’s run wraps on the West Coast with a show at the iconic Kia Forum in Inglewood on Sept. 25.

Artist presales begin Jan. 22 at 9 a.m. local time with local presales beginning the following day at the same time. The general onsale starts Jan. 24 at 9 a.m. local time. For information about the tour and tickets, visit BillyIdol.net/tour.

The artist also announced that $5 from every ticket sold at the Kia Forum show in the Los Angeles area will be donated to the American Red Cross to support Southern California Wildfire Relief, and he will also personally match the donation.

Idol, repped by WME’s John Marx in North America and International Talent Booking’s Barry Dickins in other territories, celebrated the 40th anniversary of Rebel Yell last year with and was one of the artists to induct Ozzy Osbourne into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Idol also performed at Vive Latino in Mexico City in 2024 on the main stage and drew a large crowd at the festival.

The iconic singer also plans to release a new album later this year via Dark Horse Records and recently released a live concert film, Billy Idol: State Line, documenting the first-ever concert at the Hoover Dam.

Idol is managed by Laurence Freedman of Another Planet Management. He performed a number of shows in Canada last year, including a sold-out concert at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Aug. 9 which grossed $565,446 off 7,774 tickets sold, according to reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice.
