Pollstar Live! 2025 Postponed To April, LA Wildfires Benefit Issue Timed To FireAid

The 2025 edition of Pollstar Live!, which was scheduled to take place Feb. 18-20 at the Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, has been postponed to April 15-17 to ensure that the conference does not distract critical resources and that the focus can remain on rebuilding efforts in L.A. as firefighters continue their efforts to contain multiple wildfires in the area and governmental and non-profit organizations help victims. Pollstar is also planning a Los Angeles Wildfires Benefit special for the Feb. 3 issue.
“Our hearts go out to the people of Los Angeles as they deal with the ongoing devastating wildfires and the long recovery ahead,” Tim Leiweke, CEO of Oak View Group, said in a statement. “LA was home to Oak View Group, parent company of Pollstar, for the last decade, and many of our colleagues and music industry partners have been deeply and personally affected by this tragedy. Right now, Oak View Group is focused on the immediate needs of the community and raising funds in support of FireAid, the upcoming benefit concerts at Intuit Dome and the Kia Forum on January 30.”
Leiweke added, “When we do gather, we will do so with renewed focus on the importance of community, and how to continue to support those affected in the L.A. community and music industry in the years ahead. All participants will receive details emailed to them.
“We are thankful to the brave and dedicated first responders who have worked tirelessly to protect communities. In this time of recovery, we are committed to supporting those impacted and honoring the LA spirit of compassion, generosity, and resilience.”
The new schedule for Pollstar Live! 2025 begins with Production Live! and the Pollstar Live! Opening Reception on Tuesday, April 15. The Pollstar Live! conference runs through April 17, with the Pollstar Awards scheduled on Wednesday, April 16 and Agents Live on Thursday, April 17.
The three-day Pollstar Live! conference is the flagship event for Pollstar and offers engaging discussions and keynote conversations led by the top visionaries and executives in the live business along with plenty of networking opportunities.
Production Live! is a one-day companion conference that features insightful panels and discussions from industry professionals on all topics related to putting on live events including lighting, video, concert production and more.
All current Pollstar Live! registrants will automatically roll over to Pollstar Live’s! new dates.
Pollstar‘s L.A. Wildfires Benefit issue is timed to the FireAid benefit concerts taking place on Jan. 30 at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. The special will include a look at how artists and the live industry are stepping up to support fire relief efforts, a comprehensive resource guide, as well as measures our businesses can take to prevent future fires. All revenue from this issue will be donated to FireAid’s 501c3.
As previously announced, FireAid — which features Billie Eilish, Anderson. Paak, Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga and Jelly Roll, among other major artists — is being produced by Shelli, Irving and the Azoff Family in conjunction with Live Nation and AEG Presents. Contributions made to FireAid will be distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation, for short-term relief efforts and long-term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters. All proceeds from the FireAid benefit concert at Intuit Dome and Kia Forum will go directly to the event’s designated beneficiaries, as the LA Clippers will be covering the millions in expenses associated with the event.
