Vampire Weekend, Reunited Rilo Kiley To Headline Just Like Heaven; First Responders Offered Free Tix

As numerous billboards throughout Southern California revealed more than two weeks ago, Vampire Weekend and a reunited Rilo Kiley will top the bill at the 2025 edition of Just Like Heaven, scheduled for May 10 at Pasadena, California’s Brookside at the Rose Bowl.
The Goldenvoice-produced festival will also feature Empire of the Sun, Bloc Party and TV On The Radio.
The Drums, Courtney Barnett, Toro y Moi, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, GROUPLOVE, Perfume Genius, The Sounds, Panda Bear, Beach Fossils, Peter Bjorn and John and slowdive round out the bill, which is more extensive than the one that briefly showed up on Los Angeles-area billboards before being quickly removed in mid-January.
Rilo Kiley frontwoman Jenny Lewis performed with the Postal Service at the 2024 edition of the festival and now brings back another one of her projects. Rilo Kiley has not performed together live since 2014.
Goldenvoice is offering two complimentary general admission tickets to verified GOVX first responders “as a sincere thank you for their continued service in wildfire affected areas.” Today’s announcement notes that Goldenvoice Pasadena festivals including Just Like Heaven have donated $250,000 to the Eaton Fire Relief & Recovery Fund, which “offers flexible support to local nonprofit organizations actively responding to the fires.”
Passes go on sale Jan. 31 at 11 a.m. Pacific via JustLikeHeavenfest.com. GA passes start at $175 plus fees and VIP passes start at $399 plus fees. Clubhouse pricing is $649 plus fees. Children 10 and under will be admitted free with a paying adult; that’s a change from previous years when the cutoff was 5-years-old.
