Julión Álvarez Bringing ‘4218 Tour’ To AT&T Stadium

Regional Mexican star Julión Álvarez announced a second stop in his much anticipated “4218 USA Tour.” In addition to his three-night stand at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, the Chiapas will perform at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, home of the Dallas Cowboys.

The show, produced by Cárdenas Marketing Network and Copar Music, takes place May 24, and tickets go on sale Feb. 7 at 12 p.m. CST via SeatGeek.com.

Álvarez is a prominent figure in the música Mexicana movement with more than 16.8 million monthly listeners on Spotify. The singer is making his way back to the States for the first time since 2017. Álvarez had not been able to perform on American soil because the U.S. government alleged the artist was linked to a drug trafficking organization, an allegation that was dropped in 2022.

Though only four dates have been announced, Álvarez is already setting records with his return. He is the first Latin artist to perform three consecutive nights at SoFi Stadium.

The Mexican star’s last performance in the U.S. was on April 29, 2017, at Oracle Arena (now called Oakland Arena) in Northern California. The concert grossed $739,504 off 6,962 tickets sold, according to Pollstar Boxoffice. One of his most successful outings in the States was a sold-out show at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, in July of 2016 which grossed $969,828 off 10,243 tickets.

Álvarez is managed by Copar Music.
