George Strait & Chris Stapleton Extend Run Of Stadium Shows

The reign of the King of Country continues. George Strait has announced more stadium shows with eleven-time Grammy winner Chris Stapleton. The new dates feature special guests Parker McCollum and Little Big Town.

The brief run starts May 10 at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, followed by a May 31 show at Pittsburgh’s Acrisure Stadium. Other stops include Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, New York; Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts and SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

“I keep trying to slow down a bit but you keep calling me back. Please don’t ever stop. I still love it just as much as I always have,” shares Strait. “Thank you for an amazing year last year and I can’t wait to see you for a few more again this year. Chris will be back and glad to have Little Big Town with us in LA. For the other cities, we’ve added Parker M. to the show which will be outstanding. Can’t wait to see you!!”

Strait is managed by The Erv Woolsey Company and represented by Wasserman Music’s Joanthan Levine and Chappel McCollister. Stapleton’s team includes Red Light Management’s Coran Capshaw and Zach Peters along with WME’s Kevin Meads, Jay Williams and Beth Hamilton.

Highlights from their previous dates in 2024 include a Dec. 7 show at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium that sold 47,554 tickets and grossed $23.3 million.

American Express is hosting a presale for card members that starts Thursday, Feb. 20. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Feb. 21 at 10 a.m. local time via GeorgeStrait.com.
