Nearly $3 Billion Group Revenue: CTS Eventim Posts Record 2024 Results

CTS Eventim continued to grow across all business segments in 2024, ensuring that the group achieved new record levels of revenue, according to its preliminary year-end figures.
CTS Eventim’s business year ended with a “very strong fourth quarter of 2024,” according to the press release summarizing the group’s earnings.
Consolidated revenue rose by 19,1% year on year to €2.809 billion ($2.945 billion). Last year’s end result was €2.359 billion ($2.473 billion). The growth was driven by both the ticketing and live entertainment segment.
CTS Eventim’s adjusted EBITDA came to €542.2 million ($568.4 million) in 2024, compared with €444.8 million ($466.3 million) in the previous year – which marks a significant increase of 21.9%.
In the ticketing segment, revenue rose by 22.7% to €879.9 million ($922.5 million) in 2024, compared to €717.3 million ($752 million) at the end of 2023. Adjusted EBITDA amounted to €416.5 million ($436.6 million), compared to last year’s €343.9 million ($360.5 million), another significant increase of 21.1%.
In the live entertainment segment, revenue climbed by 17.6% to €1.971 billion ($2.066 billion), compared to last year’s €1.677 billion ($1.758 billion). “Adjusted EBITDA increased significantly in this segment too,” the earnings summary states, before showing an EBIDTA of €125.6 million ($131.7 million), which represents a 24.4% increase on last year’s €101.0 million ($105.9 million).
