Luke Combs' Category 10 Opens Rooftop Bar Today In Nashville

Storm alert in Nashville: Luke Combs’ Category 10 entertainment complex opens its brand-new rooftop bar and restaurant dubbed The Eye, today.

The massive 10,000-square-foot rooftop destination features two bars, a full-service dining area, a stage and exclusive VIP cabanas. The Eye has indoor and outdoor seating for patrons to take in views of the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium (home of the NFL Tennessee Titans) and the East Bank.

Inspired by Combs’ debut No, 1 hit “Hurricane,” Category 10 is a multi-level entertainment complex owned and operated by Opry Entertainment Group, a division of Ryman Hospitality Properties, and designed in partnership with design firm Journey.

After a year in development, Category 10 opened Nov. 2, 2024, following “Concert for Carolina,” which was held on Oct. 26. The multi-artist concert event was a benefit featuring Combs, Eric Church, Billy Strings and James Taylor at Charlotte’s Bank of America Stadium that raised more than $24.5 million for Hurricane Helene relief efforts. Combs, a two-time CMA Entertainer of the Year, is from Asheville, NC, which was devasted by flooding from the storm.

In addition to the new rooftop, the multi-level Category 10 boasts having Nashville’s biggest stage and dance floor Hurricane Hall, a single barrel whiskey and bourbon bar, 5 Leaf Clover sports bar, and other areas like The Still songwriter lounge, are all influenced by Combs’ songs, lifestyle and fans.

The Eye’s three-day opening celebration features back-to-back performances and specialty beverages including a frozen version of “The Hurricane,” a signature blend of Bacardi Superior Rum, Ole Smoky Hunch Punch Moonshine, passion fruit purée, orange juice, grenadine and freshly pressed lime and lemon.

Rooted in the historic Grand Ole Opry, Opry Entertainment Group has a growing portfolio of entertainment venues including the iconic Ryman Auditorium, ACL Live at the Moody Theater, Blake Shelton-inspired Ole Red brand and Comb’s branded Category 10.
