Top Tours: Luke Combs Rules LIVE75, Billie Eilish Ranks No. 1 On APX

Fans Down Under certainly turned out for Luke Combs. The country megastar made his debut on the LIVE75 chart this week at No. 1 with an average of 58,179 tickets sold per night over six nights of sold-out shows booked in Australia and New Zealand, earning him the Hot Shot designation for the highest charting new tour. He also has bragging rights as the Heavy Hitter – the artist with the highest average gross on the chart – with an average gross of a whopping average gross of $8,161,087.
Overall Combs played eight nights Down Under, starting with two nights at Eden Park in Auckland, New Zealand, Jan. 17-18. Following gigs in Brisbane and Sydney Olympic Park, the final stop of the run took place in Melbourne at Marvel Stadium Feb. 7-8. The first night sold 56,549 tickets and grossed $8,090,174 with the following evening selling 59,919 tickets and grossing $8,463,586, according to reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice – a total of 116,468 tickets sold and nearly $16.6 million grossed at the venue.
Combs raked in $165 million in 2024 from stadiums on his “Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour,” ranking No. 4 on Pollstar’s Top Touring Artists North America chart and No. 12 on the Top Touring Artists Worldwide chart. He is booked by WME’s Aaron Tannenbaum.
Upcoming tour dates for Combs include a number of festival appearances such as Stagecoach, Boston Calling and Bonnaroo.
The second-highest grossing artist is the Eagles, with an average gross of $4,687,266 based on four sold-out shows that moved an average of 16,400 tickets. The band is ranked No. 4 on the chart, moving down two slots from last week. They’re booked by CAA’s Rick Roskin.
Jeff Arcuri is the Breakthrough Artist of the week, making his debut on the chart at No. 37, with an average of 2,109 tickets sold over seven shows and an average gross of $137,780. The Breakthrough Artist is the tour from 25-75 showing a ticket sales breakthrough by consistently packing the house. The most recent reports submitted to Pollstar Boxoffice for the comedian include a Jan. 25 show at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida, that sold 4,166 tickets and grossed $253,745.
Arcuri also has upcoming dates booked Down Under including a Feb. 21 show at Auckland’s Skycity Theatre and a Feb. 26 performance at Sydney’s State Theatre.
Other artists entering LIVE75 for the first time this week include Linkin Park (No. 2), The Warning (No. 11), Pitbull (No. 15), Jeff Dunham (No. 16), Papa Roach (no. 19), Nothing But Thieves (No. 20), Makyah (No. 27), Gabriel Iglesias (No. 28) and Destroy Lonely (No. 31), among others.
Billie Eilish tops the APX chart, thanks to a social rank of 4, a streaming rank of 8 and an airplay rank of 15. Her live rank is 81. She just launched the Australian leg of her “Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour,” with four nights at Brisbane Entertainment Centre Feb. 18-22. In April she heads to Europe.
