Diplo’s Run Club Makes Strides In 2025 And Beyond

After an impressive debut with more than 20K runners in Seattle and San Francisco last year, Diplo’s Run Club is expanding to six new cities.

Presented in partnership with Mascot Sports and Wasserman Music, the combination 5K run and mini music festival headlined by the athlete and three-time Grammy winner will add Philadelphia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Miami and Phoenix to return dates in Seattle and San Francisco. Diplo’s Run Club kicks off in July and runs through January 2026.

“Getting Diplo’s Run Club started last year was some of the most fun I’ve had in a long time,” said Diplo, who founded the Run Club and runs each race. “Bringing so many people together to run and celebrate is really all I ever want to do. Stoked to bring you guys a bunch more this year with a ton of friends from around the world.”

Last year’s evens were some of the most-attended footraces in the country, with the San Francisco event breaking the top 10 largest 5K races in the U.S. and one of Running USA’s top races. The inaugural runs welcomed Olympians, pro athletes and celebrity friends plus surprise DJ sets, free gifts and treatments for runners from brand sponsors. Runners represented more than 15 countries and ranged in age from 7 months to 84 years.

Tickets for the Run Club tour dates will be available to the public at 10:00 AM/PST on March 14. Artist pre-sale and select partners will have access to tickets beginning March 12 at 10:00 AM/PST until March 13 at 11:59 PM/PST. Diplo’s Run Club has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 per ticket goes to supporting local nonprofits in each city where the Run Club meets.

The series continues Diplo’s continued commitment to being a leader in the wellness space. A disciplined athlete, he travels up to 300 days a year and still prioritizes his workout time. He came up with the idea for the series after he ran the Miami half marathon and then found himself at a club with other runners searching for a post-finish celebration. Today, the Run Club merges music and fitness in a family-friendly daytime setting.

Known for his entrepreneurial endeavors, Diplo has successfully launched brands throughout his career including labels Mad Decent and Higher Ground, a publishing company and organizing a lux expedition to Antarctica to raise funds for ocean conservation.
