BIZ ADVICE | “Take the time to build relationships properly and treat people with respect.
IN HER PERSONAL HALL OF FAME | Lucy Dickins. “She immerses herself in the bigger
picture, always thinking strategically about how to build and elevate careers.”

Rose Moon has been working with Adele for 18 years, and has countless success stories to share. Still, 2024 stood out in a couple of ways. One, because Adele’s epic 100-show Vegas residency came to an end. Two, because the singer made live entertainment history in Munich, Germany, in August, performing 10 concerts at a custom-built 76,000-capacity amphitheater, in front of a 200-meter wide curved LED screen, surrounded by an Adele-themed adventure park – a truly visionary project, a first in the world of live entertainment.
“It was unlike anything we’d ever done before,” Moon recalls, “building our own stadium from the ground up and creating an entire world around it in what is essentially a car park. It felt really special to be part of something on that scale, with so much attention to detail and care put into every element. And of course, Adele is just phenomenal – her voice, her presence, the way she connects with the crowd –she makes every show feel so personal, even in a setting that big. The atmosphere across those nights was incredible, and seeing it all come together made it one of those rare projects I’ll always remember.”
Another one of Moon’s clients is UK rap prodigy Little Simz, “a boundary-breaking artist – not only an incredible musician but also a true cultural curator. I believe she’s one of the most captivating and visionary talents in music today. I’m really looking forward to seeing how we can support her in bringing the next phase of her live show to life. There’s so much potential to create something unique around her, and I’m excited to be part of that.”
The advice Moon always gives to younger team members is, “to trust your instincts and back your decisions. It’s easy to second-guess yourself, especially when you’re starting out, but you’re often more capable than you realize. I also encourage people to ask questions, no one expects you to know everything, and the best way to learn is by speaking to those around you. Relationships really matter in this industry, so take the time to build them properly and treat people with respect.”
