A 20-year veteran, Tina Kennedy is focused on the big picture with a steady eye on the details.

She manages clients Gwen Stefani and Madison Beer and has worked with Christina Aguilera, Avril Lavigne and Delta Goodrem. With oversight of all entertainment verticals – music, touring, branding, film, television, fashion, books, digital, tech and production – Kennedy’s goal is to make sure her clients’ artistry and vision are at the forefront of every opportunity.

“I learned at the beginning of my career from Irving Azoff to always put the artist first,” said Kennedy. “There’s no one size fits all in management. It’s about understanding each client’s unique vision, their goals and building a strategy to create something meaningful and lasting. That’s where the magic happens.”

Recently Kennedy was involved in the Azoff Family project FireAid, a massive benefit concert that raised $100 million for L.A. wildfire relief.

“The collective effort behind it was a reminder of how powerful music can be – not just as entertainment, but the power of music to mobilize and make a real difference,” said Kennedy.

Female focused, Kennedy is keenly aware of the strides being made by women in music.

“Women are making the music they want to make, telling their stories their way and connecting with audiences in a way that feels personal and direct,” she said. “The key to keeping that momentum isn’t chasing hype but building a solid foundation and something real and lasting.”

She believes that creating an inclusive environment where diverse voices are heard and empowered is essential to building a stronger, more dynamic industry.

“DEI isn’t just a buzzword – it’s a fundamental value that drives innovation, progress and creates a more vibrant and successful environment for everyone,” she said. “It’s vital that the people behind the scenes reflect the diversity of the talent and audiences we serve.”
