Oscar & Grammy-Winning Composer A.R. Rahman To Bring The ‘Wonderment’ Across North America

A.R. Rahman, the award-winning composer of more than 150 film scores, will perform in 16 cities across Canada and the U.S. this summer.
“The Wonderment Tour” — presented by Concerts West, AEG Presents and Kash Patel Productions — kicks off July 18 at Vancouver’s Pacific Coliseum and includes stops at Los Angeles’s Crypto.com Arena, the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville, Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena and more before the tour wraps at Boston’s Agganis Arena Aug. 17.
Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern March 28 with presales beginning March 26.
Rahman’s work on “Slumdog Millionaire” earned him Oscars for both Best Score and Best Original Song, plus two Grammys, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA.
The tour represents a step up for Rahman, who toured mostly theaters on his 2022 tour. This tour is largely arenas, with the exception of the 4,400-capacity Opry House. On that 2022 tour, the final show at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto sold 10,441 tickets for a $1,206,391 gross, according to Pollstar Boxoffice reports.
Rahman is repped by Jordan Meisles and Kevin Horton at WME.
