Lady Gaga Announces ‘The Mayhem Ball Tour’

Following the anticipation of Lady Gaga’s recent studio album, MAYHEM, the pop legend is embarking on a tour through the United States and Europe to celebrate the album. Gaga will be performing in arenas, the singer noting she wants to immerse fans in the world of MAYHEM.
“This is my first arena tour since 2018,” Lady Gaga said in a statement. “There’s something electric about a stadium, and I love every mpoment of those shows. But with The MAYHEM Ball, I wanted to create a different experience – something more intimate – closer, more connected – that lends itself to the live theatrical art I love to create.”
Lady Gaga expanded on how this tour came together on her social media accounts, admitting plans for a full-fledged MAYHEM tour weren’t initially in the works. Gaga planned on playing select dates in Mexico City, Rio and Singapore. But fans started asking for more, and Lady Gaga came to deliver.
“I wasn’t planning to tour this year after my shows in Singapore but the incredible response to the new album inspired me to keep things going,” Gaga wrote in a statement on social media. “It came together super quickly thanks to Arthur Fogel and the amazing team at Live Nation, who planned a global tour in just a few weeks. We chose arenas this time to give me the opportunity to control the details of the show in a way you simply can’t in stadiums – and honestly, I can’t wait. Thsi show is designed to be the kind of theatrical and electrifying experience that brings MAYHEM to life exactly how I envision it. The MAYHEM Ball Tour is officially coming your way. See you soon, monsters.”
Lady Gaga is booked by CAA’s Rob Light and managed by Bobby Campbell. Throughout her career, she’s submitted 350 headline reports selling a total of 6.6 million tickets grossing $748 million.
Tickets for the tour go on sale April 3 at 12 p.m. local time.
