Shakira Tops LIVE75 With Sellouts From Latin American Stadium Tour

Shakira first appeared on a 2025 Pollstar chart with a debut on the Artist Power Index in mid-February following the launch of her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.” However, with ticket sales figures from the tour reported, she now also makes her debut on LIVE75.
Entering at No. 1, she earns “Hot Shot” status as the artist with the highest-ranked debut based on an average of 44,828 tickets sold per show at six performances. And, adding to her impact on the 75-position chart, she also has the highest gross average of just over $6 million from those reported shows.
The tour’s first two sold-out concerts were in Brazil, beginning with a Feb. 11 performance at Estádio Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro. Her tour opener there drew a crowd of 35,180 and grossed $2.9 million. Then, São Paulo’s MorumBIS hosted the second concert on Feb. 13 and sold 65,922 tickets for a gross of $6.4 million.
The six concerts that land in the eligibility period for this week’s LIVE75 were all part of two-show engagements at venues in three cities – two in the singer’s home country of Colombia and one in Mexico.
The first was Estadio Metropolitano in Barranquilla, Colombia with 97,873 tickets sold, Feb. 20-21, and a gross of $11.3 million. Of the stadiums included in this tally, her attendance at the Barranquilla venue was the largest of the three. Then, Bogotá’s Estadio El Campín welcomed the tour on Feb. 26-27 and moved 82,897 tickets for a gross of $12.2 million. The largest gross, though, came from a two-night stint at Estadio BBVA near Monterrey in Guadalupe, Mexico, March 12-13. She racked up $12.55 million at the stadium, based on a total of 88,201 tickets sold.
Shakira will remain on the road in Latin America through April 13 and then kick off her seven-week stretch through U.S. and Canadian cities one month later. The opening performance stateside will be held at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, May 13.
Six weeks after she first landed on the Artist Power Index, Shakira is still on the chart and ranked in the top 5. She moves up one position from No. 6 last week, while three more performers also make an upward move in the top 10. Dua Lipa jumps from No. 10 to No. 3, based on the first six performances of her “Radical Optimism” tour’s three-city run through Australia and New Zealand. Maroon 5 moves up one spot to No. 8 while performing in Las Vegas with the band’s residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, and Jelly Roll takes the No. 10 ranking after scoring the fifth-highest Live rank among all 50 artists on the chart.
Of the six artists who debut on the Artist Power Index, J Balvin ranks highest among them at No. 17 following the launch of his “Back to the Rayo” North American tour. The opening performance at State Farm Arena in Atlanta on March 30 was the first of 27 arena performances planned in the U.S. and Canada this spring through May 17. Then in June, the Colombian reggaeton star will go to Europe for a series of headlining dates and festival appearances during the summer. His first performance there will be on June 25 in Milan, Italy, as part of the “Fiera Milano Live” concert series.
On LIVE75, two more concert headliners join Shakira with a debut chart appearance in the top 10. Ranked No. 6, Disturbed joins the lineup with a ticket sales average of 11,961 from six concerts during the North American tour celebrating the 25th anniversary of the band’s debut studio album The Sickness, released in March of 2000.
Then, Blake Shelton has the No. 9 ranking after kicking off his “Friends & Heroes” 2025 tour featuring opening sets by fellow country artists Craig Morgan, Deana Carter and Trace Adkins, along with show opener Emily Ann Roberts. He averaged 10,409 sold seats per show based on ticket sales at the first 12 venues on the tour.
